Nine years competing in Drum and Bugle Corps taught him the value of repetition, teamwork,

listening to the ensemble, and hard work.

Over two decades in the US Army band system taught him attention to detail, integrity, chain of command, leadership, multiple music genre, listening to the ensemble… and hard work.

More than half a lifetime doing church music ministry taught him musical sensitivity, flexibility, other-centered-ness listening to the ensemble… and yes hard work.

when not drumming Bruce works in healthcare and lives in a 100 year old home with his wife and domestic felines.
